A small team that takes repair work seriously

Zyvanto was built around a straightforward principle: that computer repair should be done carefully, explained clearly, and priced honestly.

Team working in a computer repair environment

How Zyvanto came to be

Zyvanto started in Lost Creek, West Virginia, as a local repair operation serving residential customers and small-business owners who needed reliable help with their computers without the runaround.

The original observation was simple: many people had computers that were not working well and did not know who to trust with them. Repair shops varied widely in quality and communication, and remote diagnostics often fell short when the problem was hardware-related. There was a gap between what customers needed and what they were getting.

Over time, Zyvanto developed a consistent service model focused on clear communication, documented work, and honest assessment — including the willingness to tell a customer when a repair is not worth pursuing. That approach has defined how we work ever since.

How we think about this work

Diagnose first

We do not recommend a solution before we understand the problem. Every service begins with an assessment, and we share what we find before any work starts.

Explain as we go

We tell you what we found, what we are doing, and why. Technical explanations are available for those who want them, but we never make people feel like they should already know something they don't.

Honest about limits

Some repairs are not feasible. Some recoveries are not possible. We would rather give you an accurate assessment and help you make an informed decision than take on work that is unlikely to succeed.

What we commit to with every customer

No work without your agreement

We provide an estimate and wait for your approval before starting any service.

Discretion with your data

We access only what is necessary for the repair and do not retain copies of your files.

No unnecessary upselling

We recommend only what your device actually needs based on the diagnosis.

Honest findings

If a repair isn't worth the cost or isn't technically possible, we tell you that directly.
