Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyvanto website at https://zyvanto.org/ and your engagement with our computer repair and optimization services. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Zyvanto provides computer repair, hardware replacement, virus and malware removal, system performance optimization, data recovery assistance, operating system installation, software troubleshooting, network setup, and preventive maintenance services. The specific scope of any service will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.

Service Estimates and Authorization

Before beginning any repair or service work, Zyvanto will provide a written estimate covering the anticipated scope and cost of the service. No work will be performed without your explicit authorization of the estimate. If additional issues are discovered during the course of a repair that require additional work or cost, we will contact you to discuss and obtain your authorization before proceeding.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final charges may differ from the estimate if the actual scope of work differs from what the initial assessment indicated, but we will communicate any such differences to you before incurring additional cost.

Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Devices will not be released until payment for the completed service has been received.

For services where parts must be ordered in advance, a deposit may be requested to cover part costs before the order is placed. This deposit amount will be discussed and agreed upon before any order is made.

Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee may apply to cover the time and resources required to assess your device and identify the issue. This fee will be disclosed before any diagnostic work begins. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total service cost, as discussed at the time of service.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your data before submitting your device for service. While we exercise care when working with your device and its data, Zyvanto is not responsible for data loss that occurs during the repair process, including in cases where data loss results from hardware failure during service, the nature of the service performed, or pre-existing conditions on the device.

We strongly recommend backing up all important data before bringing your device to us. If backup is not possible due to the nature of the failure, please inform us so we can discuss the risks before proceeding.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply professional skill and effort to every service, computer repair involves inherent uncertainty. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to: complete resolution of all reported symptoms, successful data recovery from damaged media, the absence of additional hardware failures after service, or the continued operational life of repaired devices.

We will be transparent about the anticipated likelihood of success for any service before you commit to it, particularly for services such as data recovery where outcome is uncertain. You agree that engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these inherent limitations.

Warranty on Labor

We stand behind our workmanship. If a problem directly related to the work we performed recurs within 30 days of service completion, we will address it at no additional labor charge. This does not apply to new or unrelated issues, hardware that fails independently of the work performed, or damage caused after the device left our care.

Parts replaced as part of a repair may carry a manufacturer or distributor warranty, the terms of which will be communicated at the time of service.

Abandoned Devices

If a device is left with us for service and is not collected within 60 days of notification that the service is complete (or that the service cannot proceed), we reserve the right to treat the device as abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action on an uncollected device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyvanto's liability for any claim arising from services provided or the use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Website Use

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that website content is complete, current, or free of error. You use the information on this website at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
